Your Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop potential clients through both online and offline channels; build and maintain a strong customer base.
• Assist in conducting market research, analyzing industry trends, and expanding the target customer group.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients through regular follow-ups; understand their needs and provide tailored professional solutions.
• Participate in business negotiations and assist in the preparation of sales contracts and cooperation proposals.
• Support the team in developing sales plans and forecasts; assist in achieving sales targets; follow up on the sales process in a timely manner, organize sales data, and submit relevant reports.
• Industry and Product Knowledge Development: Continuously enhance industry knowledge and stay updated on retail digitalization trends to improve professional expertise; gain a thorough understanding of the company's products and solutions to provide professional advice to clients; participate in company-organized training and marketing activities to strengthen sales skills and business acumen.
Who are we looking for:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in related majors such as business, computer science, electrical engineering etc.
• More than 1-2 years working / Internship experiences in sales or customer service
• Fluency in Polish, English and Chinese
• Self-motivated with a can-do attitude
• Interest and understanding of sales & marketing strategies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Polish driving license is a plus.
